Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 18, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website or use our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform and related marketing tools (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This policy applies to two distinct groups of people, and we want to be clear about how each is treated:

  • Subscribers (“Contractors”): Businesses and individuals who sign up for an account and use our platform directly.
  • End Users: Homeowners or consumers who interact with tools we power on a Contractor’s website, such as cost calculators or quote forms. In these cases, the Contractor is the party responsible for collecting that consumer’s information, and we act only as a data processor on their behalf. End Users should refer to the privacy policy of the website they are visiting for information about how that Contractor handles their data.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us (Subscriber Data)

When you register for or use our Services, we collect:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, password, company name, and contact details.
  • Payment Information: Billing address and payment card details. Card data is processed securely through our third-party payment processor and we do not store raw card numbers on our servers.
  • Service Data: Any information you input, configure, or upload while using our platform, including business details, branding assets, and tool settings.
  • Communications: The content of messages when you contact us for support, respond to surveys, or correspond with our team.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our website or platform, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data:

  • Usage Data: Information about how you navigate and use our website and platform, including login activity, pages viewed, features accessed, and session duration.
  • Device and Technical Information: Your device type, browser type and version, IP address, operating system, and mobile network information.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies as described in Section 6 of this policy.

2.3 End User Data (Homeowner and Consumer Data)

When a Contractor embeds our tools on their website — such as a cost calculator, quote form, or product recommendation quiz — consumers who interact with those tools may submit personal information such as their name, email address, phone number, or service details. This data is collected on behalf of the Contractor and flows into their lead dashboard within our platform.

We act as a data processor in this context. The Contractor is the data controller responsible for: obtaining appropriate consent from their customers, maintaining their own privacy policy, and ensuring their use of our tools complies with applicable privacy laws. We process this data solely to deliver the lead management services the Contractor has subscribed to, and we do not use End User data for our own marketing or analytics purposes.

3. Third-Party Tracking and Analytics Tools

We use the following third-party tools on our own website and platform to understand usage patterns, improve our services, and measure marketing effectiveness. These tools may collect information about your visits through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

3.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data such as pages visited, time spent on site, and general geographic location (at the city or region level). This data is aggregated and used to improve our website and services. Google may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

3.2 Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel on our website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and to deliver targeted advertisements to people who have visited our website. The Meta Pixel works by placing a cookie in your browser that allows Meta to recognize you when you visit Facebook or Instagram after visiting our site.

If you do not wish to have your browsing activity used for advertising purposes, you can opt out through the following methods:

  • Adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/settings/ads
  • Use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool at youradchoices.com
  • Enable a browser-level ad blocker that blocks tracking pixels

3.3 Other Analytics and Marketing Tools

We may use additional third-party analytics and marketing tools from time to time to improve our services and marketing efforts. We will update this policy when we introduce tools that materially affect how your data is collected or used.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our Services and platform features.
  • To process your subscription and send related billing and account information.
  • To respond to your support requests, questions, and communications.
  • To send technical notices, security alerts, and platform updates.
  • To communicate with you about new features, offers, and relevant content (where you have not opted out).
  • To measure and improve the performance of our website and marketing campaigns.
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use End User data (homeowner/consumer data collected through Contractor-embedded tools) for any of our own marketing, analytics, or product development purposes.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our platform and deliver our Services. These include hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, customer support tools, and email delivery services. These service providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

5.2 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of company assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5.4 With Your Consent

We may share your information with third parties in other circumstances where you have given us your explicit consent to do so.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

6.1 What We Use Cookies For

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and platform for the following purposes:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for the platform to function correctly, including maintaining your login session and remembering your preferences. These cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.
  • Analytics Cookies: Used by tools like Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our website, which pages are most popular, and where traffic comes from. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.
  • Marketing and Advertising Cookies: Used by tools like the Meta Pixel to measure campaign performance and deliver relevant advertisements on third-party platforms. These cookies track your visit to our site and may link that visit to your activity on other platforms.

6.2 Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Please note that disabling essential cookies will affect your ability to use core features of our platform. For analytics and marketing cookies specifically, please refer to the opt-out options described in Section 3.

We do not currently display a cookie consent banner. Canadian users are covered under implied consent for analytics cookies where this policy is clearly accessible. If you are accessing our site from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, please see Section 9 for additional information about your rights, including the right to object to certain types of processing.

6.3 Do Not Track

Our website does not currently respond to browser-level “Do Not Track” signals. However, the opt-out mechanisms described in Section 3 are available to all users regardless of Do Not Track settings.

7. Data Retention

7.1 Subscriber Account Data

We retain your account and subscription data for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7.2 Lead and End User Data

Lead and consumer data collected through our tools and stored in your Contractor dashboard is retained for as long as your subscription is active. You may delete individual lead records or your entire lead database from your dashboard at any time — upon deletion, the data is removed from our systems and is not recoverable. When your account is cancelled, all lead and End User data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We recommend exporting any lead data you wish to retain prior to cancellation.

7.3 Anonymized and Aggregated Data

We may retain anonymized and aggregated data derived from platform usage indefinitely, as this data does not identify any individual and is used solely for platform improvement and internal analytics.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure data storage practices.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately through our Contact page.

When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website prior to the changes taking effect.
